Subscription Details

⚠️ Warning
Eligibility: FloatBrowser users who purchased Lifetime Pro via the Mac App Store.
Only valid Mac App Store transaction IDs will be accepted.
Invalid entries are not eligible for refunds.
Where to find your FloatBrowser Pro Transaction ID?
Make sure you have purchased FloatBrowser Pro and your FloatBrowser app version is 0.32
If you have opened your FloatBrowser, please quit it from menu bar first.
Open FloatBrowser from Applications folder.
Click the "Settings" icon from the menu bar, then click "Pro" tab.
You will see the Transaction ID in the "Pro" tab.
Click FloatBrowser icon from the menu bar, then click "Send Feedback"
You will see the Transaction ID in the mail initial content, which is a numeric serial number.
Copy the Transaction ID serial number and paste it into the Transaction ID field in the Stripe payment page.
If nothing happens when you click "Send Feedback" button, open Mail app and set the default
opener to "Mail" app. And try the step 1 again. Click here to check the

You will get an email with the setup instructions
After purchase, check your email for the instructions. This typically arrives within a few minutes.
If you do not get the mail, please check your junk box or spam box.

Follow the setup steps closely and carefully.
There is no license key for legacy pro. You will need to use your FloatBrowser to activate the app. Do Follow the steps on the setup webpage.
