  • Eligibility: FloatBrowser users who purchased Lifetime Pro via the Mac App Store.
  • Only valid Mac App Store transaction IDs will be accepted.
  • Invalid entries are not eligible for refunds.
Where to find your FloatBrowser Pro Transaction ID?
  1. Make sure you have purchased FloatBrowser Pro and your FloatBrowser app version is 0.32
  2. Click FloatBrowser icon from the menu bar, then click "Send Feedback"
  3. You will see the Transaction ID in the mail initial content
  4. If nothing happens when you click "Send Feedback" button, open Mail app and set the default opener to "Mail" app. And try the step 1 again. Click here to check the instructions
